Heart rate not sync with strava. I have a garmin connect and strava properly connected so far, but this last activity looks cannot be properly synchronized. The activity is created on strava, but just time of the activity is sent, no information about Heart rate. Let me clarify this is an indoor activity, so no speed or elevation is needed. Vivo. The quick fix for me was to simply Power OFF the watch (long press on the button) for a few minutes and then turn it back on. Synced again with Garmin Connect and the missing Sleep Data

This was my solution: Hold Up and when the menu appears scroll to and select System. Scroll to Data Recording and press start/stop. Select Frequency and press start/stop. Select every second and press start/stop. Select Smart again and press start/stop.

The good news is that Garmin's revamped Connect app now puts daily heart rate data and stress data front and centre. Head to the My Day tab and you should see resting and high rate up top.
Well designed, straightforward, basic heart rate monitor. Numbers are very large in the middle of my S62. Color coated “pie slices“ are helpful, but I really like the vibration setting to let me know when I go to a different heart rate zone. Synchs well with the Garmin Connect app for reviewing your workout.
