I propose to prepare batch file with commands and then run it from console. Such batch file will be helpful each time you'll start new game. Just remember - using console can block gaining achievements. Just make some changes, save and then restart the game and there shouldn't be problems with achievements.

Bethesda does not include an overt setting to change the field of view (FOV) in its games. For anyone stumped by fallout 3 or New Vegas the game reads as you using a gamepad (360 controller) so in order to use console commands you have to turn on the track pad to be used as a mouse also Bing the track pad click as a left click of a mouse. Then turn off the gamepad options in the in game menu. Then it will read as you using a keyboard.
